The 2d Cavalry Association will be hosting a virtual celebration of the 188th Anniversary of the of the founding of the 2d Cavalry Regiment.  Dragoons are encouraged to assemble for this event. Visek Germany, Gettysburg National Battlefield, and the Twiggs Family Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia, burial location of the 1st Colonel of the Regiment, have already been identified as assembly areas. We hope other locations will materialize as dragoons let us know where they will be for this celebration.

Please plan to join us on Microsoft Teams Thursday May 23, 2024, at 11:00AM Eastern to acknowledge this great day in the history of the Regiment.
