The TOUR BUS IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSABLE
THERE WILL BE A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF WALKING OVER VARIABLE TERRAIN
We will be visiting our old haunts in Bamberg, Nurnberg, Coberg, Hof, Amberg, and Vilseck; and historical sites in Pilzen, Cesky les, and Rüdesheim am Rhein.
We will also visit Cold War sites like the Deutche-Deutsches Museum in Mödlareuth, the Czech Border Guard Museum; and WWII Sites like the Nazi Documentation Center, Hostoun.
Lastly, we will enjoy some historic and fun sites like Veste Coburg and Ehrenburg Castle and embark on a Rhine River cruise and winery visit.
Included is land transportation, hotels, breakfast, and an average of one group meal per day. The price also includes admission to the Nazi Documentation Center in Nurnberg, the Museum at Mödlareuth, a wine tasting, Stetson pin, luggage tag, and a cruise on the Rhine.
What is not included is air transportation, travel insurance, one meal per day, souvenirs, food and beverages on the bus, Shirts, etc.
Total Cost: $2,200 per person
Payments: Three installments
Payment 1 (PMT 1)
- Amount: $1,100 per person (50%)
- Due: At sign-up
- Deadline: December 15, 2025 (This is an extention from the Orginal 12/1/25 Date)
- Notes: Registration closes on December 1, 2025. Additional payment windows will open later for PMT 2 and PMT 3.
Payment 2 (PMT 2)
- Amount: $550 per person (25%)
- Due: Upon sign-up when the PMT 2 window opens
- Deadline: No later than February 14, 2025
- Access: Only available to those who completed PMT 1
- Notification: You will receive an email when the PMT 2 sign-up window opens.
Payment 3 (PMT 3)
- Amount: $550 per person (25%)
- Due: Upon sign-up when the PMT 3 window opens
- Deadline: No later than April 1, 2025
- Access: Only available to those who completed PMT 1 and PMT 2
- Notification: You will receive an email when the PMT 3 sign-up window opens.
- Additional Requirements: Flight information, passport details, and proof of insurance must be provided at this stage.
