1400 Depart for Nurnberg

1800 Bratwurst Dinner in Nurnberg; invite 2CR Command Group

Well, not quite a REFORGER in my case given I never really left (except, of course, for those pesky ‘O-OCONUS’ schools, assignments and deployments). Nonetheless, CINC HOUSECOM and I look forward to attending. Should the itinerary lift and shift to include Bamberg, I can support. Many thanks for the invite. John

This trip is a great idea, and I hope to attend. But using the name 'Reforger' might invite the misunderstanding that we would be observing a resurrection of the Reforger FTX, the last one of which happened in 1993.

Tony: The Association is doing a Recon and attending the 2/2CAV change of command. They are looking at Transportation and lodging. we wanted to let everyone know now the plan and dates. There should be more information coming out early this fall.
