  I remember a ssg Raymond Ward he was a mechanic and the motor pool NCOIC I think was SFC Wylend  I was the Sr turret mechanic until squadron  had me sent to take over the squadron turret section do to the death of their Sr mechanic one of my turret mechanics was sp/4 Robert E Lee and yes he was from Georgia just outside of Benning

  I live on the western slope of Colorado near Grand Junction I also ran into another K trp mechanic at one of our American Legion Riders meeting Robert Hall I retired in 1986 SFC  at APG Maryland  Lee White. bawlmerwhite@tds.net  970-549-7637

  Welcome Home.  No trucks need wrenchin' and the siren probably won't go off so you can relax.  I vaguely remember you.  Feb 79 was my first border tour with K Trp up at Rotz.  Seems like Workman's around here somewhere, but if not there are plenty of other mechanics you might know from other troops, SQDN Maint, or 614th.
